Class: Busy Moms Guide to Time Management
- Are you constantly busy, but not sure what you’ve actually done all day?
- Do you struggle to keep up with all of the schedules, appointments, events and activities for your family?
- Do you spend most of your time doing what you “have to” do and very little on the things you want to do?
- Does any of this make you cranky?
If so, this is the class for you.
Over the coming weeks, we will approach time-management from the inside out.
By clearly articulating your commitments, you will be able to make confident decisions about where to spend your time and energy.
Bring your calendar (if you have one!) and we will create a customized plan that works for you, your life and your family.
You will develop new habits that will allow you to: feel the satisfaction that comes from spending time on things that really matter to you; find the balance of structure and freedom that works best for you and your family;
Most importantly, you can come to the end of your day feeling satisfied with your accomplishments instead of exhausted and resentful.
What students have said:
I, for the first time, feel as if I understand myself! I cannot thank you enough for that gift. I had no idea I was so “right-brained” but am now seeing all these pieces of my life fall into place.
One big takeaway for me is… I can’t wait to finish everything before I take care of myself, take that hike, start that photography project, etc. I’ve got to get my things on the schedule, then I will feel better about all my tasks, and my life in general. After actually putting this into practice, putting my own life-fulfilling goals on the list, and doing them regularly, the joy started seeping back into my life. It doesn’t come naturally yet and is still a “practice” not a tendency but it’s much better than it was before the class. A nice side effect is that I get more respect from my family because I’m respecting my own needs.
Another incredible part was sharing and learning each others tricks of the trade as well as their struggles.
If you think you’re too busy to take this class than you can’t afford not to.
